Specialized training is a top priority at TAS. Every individual that works for TAS goes through an extensive and specialized classroom training program before they ever get near your operation. This continues even after the initial training program is completed. TAS also has a unique leadership training program. Every lead, supervisor, and manager, including the General Manager, must complete their TAS leadership training before they can fill that position.
